Andrea Iannone Made A Welcome Back To A Motogp Paddock In The Recentround Of Misano

Despite being banned from the sport for a urine sample that tested positive for doping at the 2019 Malaysian GP, has still not stopped Andrea Iannone from riding.

The Italian is restricted from any official competition until the end of 2023, but that does not leave him any chance to stop riding an Aprilia RSV4 at the Misano circuit this week.

According to GP-One, Iannone was seen at the Italian circuit, where he grabbed the chance to ride a Superbike and share the blacktop with Alex Delbianco one of the candidates for the CIV title.

Without any knowledge and guarantee of what Iannone will do in 2024, ‘The Lunatic’ is not leaving the world of motorbikes and does not know what he will do by then.

The dream would be to make a comeback in Moto-GP, but the restart of a career could well involve racing in Italy again.

Andrea Iannone has no thoughts of giving up on the bike. A few weeks ago he was seen on the tracks of Vallelunga, and today is the turn of Misano, as posted by him on social media in a story.

A rider will snatch any opportunity to put on their helmet and leathers, especially when their colleagues are fighting it out in Moto-GP. Though he has been far from the racetrack for too long now and with a busy social life and enormous showbiz events, Andrea Iannone never forgets his first love, that is ‘Bikes’.

Iannone looked relaxed in the garage with friends and when the time came to lower his visor, the rider ascended aboard a fully personalised Aprilia complete with his colours and number #29.

He did not finish a time attack but rather a long series of laps in order to shake off the cobwebs and find that familiar passion again. We hope to see him back on track with his former colleagues at some point.

The Italian is presently in the middle of a lengthy four-year ban from any motorcycle competition after testing positive for a forbidden substance during the closing stages of the 2019 Moto-GP season at Sepang.

The original ban was originally set for 18 months and would have expired in July 2021, but a following appeal cued a counter-measure from WADA, with Court Arbitration for Sport going to the unrivalled move of banning him for four-years.

Iannone has settled into the life of an Instagram influencer with plenty of expertly taken photographs.
